No. $99/month applies to the starter-coach plan for independent coaches getting started. Facility packages are priced separately and vary by setup.
Facility pricing varies by setup. Book a free demo to confirm the package for your facility, what is included, optional add-ons, and transaction fees.
CoachIQ uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction at standard U.S. rates. CoachIQ adds a 1% + $0.20 transaction fee on top of Stripe’s fee.
The pricing spec says first Stripe payout takes 7-10 business days. After that, Stripe deposits funds on a rolling basis, typically daily or weekly.
Credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets are supported through Stripe. International support depends on Stripe availability.
Full or partial refunds can be issued from CoachIQ payments or Stripe. Refund timing and fee treatment follow Stripe policy.
CoachIQ is demo-led. The website points buyers toward a walkthrough so we can recommend the right package before pricing is finalized.
